Chad M. Jackson, M.D.
Dr. Jackson was born in Morgan City,
Louisiana and grew up in Lafayette,
Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana
State University in 1997 and began
medical school the same year. He
graduated from L.S.U. Medical School in
Shreveport, Louisiana in 2001. He
completed his urology residency at the
University of Kentucky Medical Center in 2006 and moved
to Murfreesboro. Dr. Jackson practices general urology with
specialized training in laparoscopic and Da Vinci Robotic Surgeries. He is a Board
Certified Urologist and is a member of the American
Urological Association and the Tennessee Medical
Association. Dr. Jackson lives in Murfreesboro with his wife
and three children.
